My audition went well, I think, though it could have went better. Now there’s nothing left to do but wait for the cast list to be announced!

After a long and very hard discussion, the Technical Theater Advisor at Dalton and myself have decided on the Fall Musical. I am pleased to announce that we will be doing The Sound Of Music! We realize there are a lot of roles to fill and normally not that many students interested which is why we’ve opened auditions to Dalton students as well this year. Please note that some roles may be doubled up so we get everyone cast.
Auditions will begin on Wednesday morning. You may schedule a time by replying to this email or sending me an email with Fall Musical Audition as the subject. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone audition and I know we’ve got some hidden jewels out there just waiting to be uncovered and polished.
If you haven’t heard already, Artie Abrams will be our Student Director with myself as the Director. Mr. Schuester, the Technical Theater advisor, will be the Stage Manager. If you don’t feel comfortable auditioning and would prefer a behind the scenes look, please reply to this email and let me know, or shoot me an email with Fall Musical Tech as the subject. As always, the shop classes at Dalton will be putting together our sets so I’m sure they’ll look amazing.
Remember, send me an email reserving an audition spot. Auditions will be Wednesday and Thursday only. Exceptions may be made but you must email me and let me know your situation.
